Your reservation is not confirmed until we reply back to you and you make your payment.
Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. We are flexible on early check-in and late check-out as long as it does not interfere with other bookings.
A full refund will be made if your cancellation is prior to 3 pm on the day before you arrive unless your booking is on a "long weekend" where your cancellation with a refund will be 3 pm two days before check-in.
There is a flight of steps to reach the chalet, and this is the only access to it.
Pick up and drop off from the Ella railway station is by a three-wheeler for every two guests.
We have our "In-house three wheeler" which can be reserved for sightseeing and trips into town. Please discuss the charges prior to your ride.
Only breakfast will be served at the chalet. For lunch and dinner, we suggest that you visit the many restaurants in town or bring your lunch to the chalet.
A mini fridge is provided in your chalet.
